    After no reply from the website form after several days, I spent 10 minutes on hold with the number on the website only to be given another number. Then another 25 minutes on hold, then several times on hold only to be told that person does not have that information. They sent me an email asking for a copy of the receipt, date of purchase etc etc.

    All I wanted was to know how to connect a belt sander with a shop vac!!

    Beyond frustrating, particularly when listening to messages while on hold about their service and how they've "got my back"
