If your lawn mower is not starting, please check the following:
-
Check the extension cord to make sure there are no cuts or tears in the cord. Also, try using another cord to see if the mower will work with a different cord. If there is visible damage to the cord, or if the unit works on another cord, you will need to replace your extension cord.
-
If the cord is fine, please make sure the mower is unplugged, turn the mower on its side and carefully try to turn the blade. The blade should turn easily with no audible noise. If the blade is difficult to turn or if the blade will not turn, this would indicate a motor problem, and you will need to get the lawn mower into a service center. If the blade turns freely and the cord is fine, it may be a switch failure, and you will need to get the lawn mower into a service center to be repaired or replaced. In order to locate the nearest service center according to your zip code, please click here.

I guess there are no authorized service centers in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Right?
