When using the bagging feature on rear bag mowers you must remove the mulch plate from the back of the mower. If the mulch plate is still inserted then the grass will not be able to go into the bag.

If you have already removed the mulch plate and you are still not getting any grass in the bag of your mower then we will need to get the mower into a service center for evaluation.
