Before first use, the battery must be charged for at least 24 hours. When the charge is complete, the LED will turn off.

LED DOES NOT EVEN COME ON WHEN PLUGGED IN, WE HAVE NEVER USED ECAUSE CAN NOT GET CHARGED
I have the same issue. The device never lit the LED. The charger contacts show voltage; the device batteries are dead, measure near 0V. The device has a 2023 manufacturing date; I received it in May 2026. I suspect the batteries were allowed to go dead during storage. The batteries are soldered to the control board, I cannot replace the batteries. Please advise what can be done. I do not have the product packaging.
