If you are having trouble getting the chuck to fit on your tire valve you can try applying a few drops of a mild soapy solution (1/2 cup water to 5 drops dish soap) on the tire valve and the chuck, and then push chuck on valve until air leaking is heard. You can then lock the chuck in place and start using the air compressor/inflator.

If you have tried this and you are still not able to fit the chuck over your tire valve, then please take the unit to our nearest service center to see if it can be repaired or replaced for you.
