The chuck size for the PS2400 is 3/8 and the torque is 115 inch pounds - it is about the same torque as the regular BLACK+DECKER18 volt. The advantage of the 24 volt over the 18 volt is longer run time.
The PS2400 has a 3/8" chuck.
