BLACK+DECKER safety shoes  are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) as well as the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). There is no commercial warranty in addition.
