• Remove the flexi vac from the upright
• Now on the upright unlock the brush bar cassette by pressing the button on the side and lift out the cassette.
• Turn the cassette  upside down and lift the brush bar out
• Carefully remove any debris that maybe tangled around the brush bar.
• Place the brush bar back into the cassette and reattach
