When your BLACK+DECKER Dustbuster is fully charged, the charging sequence will stop and will then start trickle charging should the battery capacity drop

how do i know when the dustbuster is fully charged / currently having left it on all night there is no indication that it has recharged the blue light stays on, it looks the same and yet it lasts only minutes when you use it.. the suction power is very poor.
