After cleaning, the golden rule to preserve the quality of the blades is to never store your knives loose in a drawer. When unprotected blades rub against each other, they lose their sharpness and their blade can be damaged by the other blades.
We recommend that you keep them in a knife block, in their storage case or in a drawer cutlery tray.
Regular sharpening with a sharpener is recommended to maintain the original edge of the knife over time.
