All our kitchen knives with synthetic handles are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend that all knives be washed by hand, regardless of whether the handle is made of wood or plastic.
Knives with wooden handles require a different treatment and should not be put in the dishwasher under any circumstances. When washing them in the tap, be careful not to get the handle too wet.
It is best to wash the handle with a damp cloth and dry it with a soft cloth. Avoid extreme temperatures, high humidity levels and harsh detergents. Accessories such as sharpeners or scissors are not dishwasher safe.
