Black and Decker 0.9cu portable washer problem. L3 spin on 55 minutes

Hello, I recently purchased the Black and Decker 0.9cu feet portable washing machine and there appears to be an issue with the L3 (load 3- LARGE) setting.
If I put it on the L3 (largest load) setting the spin cycle sets itself to 55 minutes, and there's no way for me to change/adjust the time on it. This is under the NORMAL setting. I'm not able to decrease this amount- I've tried holding the spin button, just pressing the spin button multiple time when it's under the NORMAL setting (as per the manual), and it doesn't register.
The L1 and L2 settings work fine. Please assist

Hi I just bought the 1.7cu ft unit and it is doing something similar. On all other combinations of cycles it has the normal spin time. But in the combo I was able to run a few times no problem (cold, normal, large) it has changed to a 2 hour cycle because the spin time is 1 hour. Anyone know if this issue can be fixed? Loved that I could do laundry in my own unit! Other combos are not possible or much more of a hassle to run so fixing this would make it worth having this washer again.
