BCRT8 (cordless rotary tool) not working after last charge. Work light flashing 3 times.

Hi. I have a BCRT8 - cordless rotary tool, that i have only used once. I charged it, and now it wont start. After a full nights charge, with all the led indicators green, when i push the power button the only thing happening is the white work light slowly blinking 3 times.
What to do?
