Hello Kamal Kishore V and thanks for contacting us.  Here are a few troubleshooting tips that may help.

    1. Turn Off and Unplug: Ensure the tool is turned off and unplugged for safety.
    2. Use the Wrench: The BCRT8 comes with a wrench designed to help loosen the collet nut. Try using it to gently turn the collet nut counterclockwise1.
    3. Apply Lubricant: If the bit is still stuck, you can apply a small amount of penetrating oil around the collet and let it sit for a few minutes. This can help loosen any debris or rust.
    4. Tap Lightly: Gently tap the collet with a rubber mallet or the handle of a screwdriver to help dislodge the bit.
    5. Use Pliers: If the bit is still stuck, you can use a pair of pliers to carefully pull it out while holding the collet nut with the wrench.
