Portable AC is leaking

This unit is model BPACT08WT.
I have drained the unit of water, but when it's started, it begins leaking again after a few minutes. I have called the number in the manual for service, and haven't been able to reach anyone. I just get the hold music, and eventually the call gets dropped. Please help. Thank you.
