Portable AC is leaking

My portable air conditioner started sounding like there was a bunch of water in it last night. Water came out of all of the holes - the bottom, the sides, etc., and it won't stop leaking! I know there is high humidity right now, but I have never had an issue like this (in the past year that I've had this AC unit). What do I do? It's hard to even drain it because the entire unit leaks all over the floor anytime you touch it.

  Hi! I was not helped but was told that my ticket was redirected to a different department. I never received a message from that other department.
