New purchase registration frustrating (and impossible)
Con rispostaWent to register a new B&D product that I just purchased and could not find on their website how or where to do so. Sent correspondence not but have not heard back. Very disappointed in the organization of their website.

Same happened to me Doug! In the Instruction Manual it said I could register the product I purchased in your website. I have not found where to do it. I would like to have an answer from Black & Decker.

To register your Black + Decker product online, please visit us at https://www.blackanddecker.com/account/register. Becoming part of My Black +Decker gives you exclusive member benefits, such as receiving information on new products, receiving our E-Newsletter, and being able to share feedback to guide our product developers.
For additional information, please be informed that product registration is not required for warranty service. Please keep a copy of your receipt. Our tools are also stamped with manufacturing dates that help us determine warranty eligibility. Product registration is just to keep track of the tools that you have and it doesn't have an effect on the warranty.
