Replacement Battery wont slide down all the way

Purchased LBXR20 to replace LBXR2020.
The replacement wont slide down far enough to engage on the Stick Vac
Did I buy the wrong battery

Hello David Cowan and thanks for reaching out. Both batteries are part of the 20V MAX* system and are compatible with BLACK+DECKER 20V MAX* tools. The LBXR20 has aa capacity of 1.5 Ah and the LBXR2020 has a higher capacity of 2.0 Ah. With that being said, they should both fit the same. We've opened a ticket with our customer service team and will work to resolve your issue.
