Not Draining/spinning: BLACK+DECKER Small Portable Washer,

This unit has stopped draining and spinning - I get an E1 error code, but there are no kinks in either hose, and all had been operating fine for months before this. I’ve turned the machine off and on, unplugged and replugged, but nothing. There’s an I ch or so of water sitting in the machine - help!
