Air conditioner leaking a lot of water

I have the air conditioner with the model number BXAC40008GB. It is leaking water like crazy and has a drip sound whilst it is switched on. It doesn't leak if it is on ventilation mode. I have checked the drain plug, it is flowing freely, the filters are cleaned. It seems no matter what I do, it continues to leak after a very short while. The leaking is still present whilst the supplied pipe is connected to the drain connector. What must I do?
