Your contact form doesn't work. I need a replacement for a damage air fry basket

First, your contact us form sucks. I go to the trouble of filling it how and submit just refreshes the page (no acknowledgment that it was sent). Tied multiple browsers and with/without attachments. Please fix it our post an email address.
My real problem:
I purchased your Crisp n Bake 4-slice Toaster Oven from Target on 6/6/2023 (yesterday). The air fry mesh basket has a break in the mesh on the bottom. I will attempt to include photos but request a replacement. I would rather not return the whole unit to Target. If I need to I will replace it with another brand.
