I just purchased the B&D Leaf Blower/Vacuum, Model #LSWV36. The battery won't charge. When you plug in the charger the green light blinks and when you put the battery in the charger the green light keeps blinking the same and the battery never charges. I wanted to check to see if I was just doing something wrong before I return it but it seems to be defective. Thanks for you help and time.
