Cordless hand vac does not charge, no light when plugged in to charge. Brand new and never used. CHV1410L
As I saw, there are MANY similar cases with this vacuum
I sent it as a present, and give a bad impression

Same thing has happened to me. Bought 3 on Amazon. Gave two as gifts and opened the third this week. Will NOT even charge.
