Rotary tool (BCRT8) light flashes 3 times slow

My rotary tool has been great. Got it 1 month ago. I charged it over night went to use it the next day and the only thing it did when I pushed the power bottom was the work light flashed 3 times slowly and once really fast. What does this mean.
