B+D 20V Cordless drill battery arrived faulty

I ordered a 20V MAX Cordless drill and battery on Amazon which arrived today. Upon plugging in the charger, the flashing red light appeared, which according to every source I could find generally means the battery is faulty and will not charge at all. It's super annoying, as this was brand new and right out of the package.

We have the same issue. Charged the LDX120 for 12+ hours and still blinks red. New drill arrived this week and we’re unable to use it. At least the light works ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I was just given a new in the box B&D 20V Lithium Hedge Trimmed and have yet to use it.
I plugged the battery pack into the charger overnight and it is still flashing red. Should this be replaced? Please contact me through email. -
Just purchased a brand new 20V MAX Cordless Drill and when I went to charge the battery it only shows flashing red lights and won’t charge no matter how long it’s plugged in. Is this battery defective? Please advise.

I too relieved a bad battery. I have several b&d products, love them all!! I have tried charging this battery in several different chargers, none work, still flashes red fast. How do i get a replacement?
