B&D 36V Cordless mower doesn't start ? Does it have any fuse anywhere?

My Mower stopped working after last use. I checked the batteries and they are good. I checked the Key and the switch also and they are good too. I can manually move the blades with not issue . But Motor is not spinnning or it is short. 

Can you please suggest what could be the issue ??
