Usual turnaround time for a warrenty replacement?

It's been 7 weeks, and nothing. Dying for my replacement A/C.
Was told, "It may take 2 weeks upon receiving your item for a replacement item to be processed and shipped. Once a new item is shipped, a confirmation and tracking number will be sent via e-mail.", but two weeks doesn't seem to be the case.
Waiting this long would be alright if it wasn't the middle of Summer already.
