Unhappy
RespondidaJanuary 10th 2023. I sent in my plug from my machine and also the warranty information proof of purchase and as of today June 19th 2023. I still have yet to receive my replacement and I keep getting. I will escalate this. I will escalate this but going on since. The return has started and yet I have still not received my replacement. Are these guys a bunch of idiots? Or are they just too lazy to type a few words into the computer not very happy

Black & Decker is not the quality namebrand We are accustomed to. Some parts are made in China, some parts are made in Vietnam, but by the time they put them all together even brand new out of the box, they don’t work.
