NEED Instruction booklet for Black and decker toaster over #T03217SS

I am quite confused as I purchased this toaster oven in the UNITED STATES, however when opening the box I found one instruction booklet entirely in SPANISH, there is no opposite side with ENGLISH, there is no other instruction booklet, so first and foremost I require an instruction booklet in ENGLISH. Second, WHY? I am all for immigration but we are UNITED STATES CITIZENS AND WE SPEAK ENGLISH, We didn't move to another country and refuse to learn the language we were born here, we speak ENGLISH, I seriously doubt if I moved to FRANCE the entire country would convert to ENGLISH, so again why is this product packaged for Spanish speaking consumers only
