    Hi Karen Heinzelman 
    We no longer require our customers to register their products with us or send in warranty cards. All you need to do is keep your receipt safe or a digital copy, and present it to our repair agent or repair center. That would be enough to make a warranty claim.

    Thanks! That was also my problem. It would be great if you included that information on the registration page for the products it is applicable to!

    What if I cannot find my receipt and purchased it only 3 months ago and it will not suck up any dirt or hair.
