LCS 1620 BLACK AND DECKER CHARGER FOR DRILL. How do I know which is the positive AnD which is the negative terminals?

If a battery charger is not marked, it can be difficult to determine which lead is positive and which is negative. However, in most cases, the positive lead is red and the negative lead is black. To confirm this, you can use a multimeter set to measure voltage. Touch the positive lead of the multimeter to one of the leads on the charger and the negative lead to the other. If the multimeter reads a positive voltage, then the lead you touched with the positive lead of the multimeter is indeed the positive lead of the charger. If it reads a negative voltage, then you have identified the negative lead.
Also, in most of the cases, the pin on the left is the positive terminal and the pin on the right is the negative terminal.
