Issue with air fryer AF700B5

While using my airfryer , the sound of the touch screen has disappeared suddenly and the power button has a red light and take seconds to respond to any orders when I press on it.
Even the sound of alarm which indicates to the end of process timer in the airfryer.

Just I can't reply for support mails, you asked where am I from ? I am Egyptian and locate in Egypt in meddle east.
Note ... I received mail from support that they will close the ticket.
But this issue wasn't resolved yet.
