Water leak AC unit

I bought a BLACK+DECKER 12,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner last summer and it saved my life. This summer it has SO much water, every couple of minutes I turn it on and there are cups to remove. I cleaned it, opened it up, and I cannot find an issue. Customer service was unable to help me. I
