If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 60 days to return your item from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service through chat (see the chat on the bottom right side of screen), a form (navigate to "Support" > "Send us a message"), or give us a call at 800-465-6070. The Customer Service team will provide a prepaid shipping label. You can find a list of local facilities HERE to drop off your product for shipping. You can find return status information in your MyBlackandDecker account, under Order History, and, if you have notifications enabled, you will receive information about your return via email. On 3/19/23 I ordered through Amazon 1 B and D hand held vacuum 2Ah, power white (HNV220BCZ10ff). It does not charge from the charging dock. I'd like to return it to you to get it replaced with one that works. Too late to return it to Amazon. Please help with how to proceed.
My whole set of tools are unusable because the charger is not charging batteries. I don't have the receipt anymore and accessories and chargers are not covered in warranty. I barely got to use it even a handful of times. Very unhappy with these products and the waste of my money. I'm can't afford these to fail right now as a single mom with alot of work.
