How do I order a bag for my Black and Decker model BV3100???

The only authorized repair center listed in Richmond VA (Staley Tool Co) is shown as permanently closed. All other repair shops are 2+ hours drive time away. This is same as NO WARRANTY support at all. The online warranty is shown as unavailable for my B&D hedge trimmer (LHT2220B).
