Mowers manufactured for mulching are specifically designed for this purpose. There are several distinct differences between non-mulching mowers and mulching mowers, for example platform concept, blade concept, motor, and electronics. Converting a non-mulching mower to a mulching mower is generally quite expensive and potentially unsafe. Modifications to the mower may void the warranty. We therefore do not recommend this conversion.
