The Wide Nozzle brush does not come as an accessory with the FVH1200. The accessories included are:

- Long crevice tool
- Pet hair cleaning tool
- 2 in 1 nozzle/brush tool
- Accessory storage caddy
- Dishwasher safe filter (FVF100)
- Charger
This item is featured in the November issue of Martha Stewart LIVING and displays the Wide Nozzle as included, this is a misprint.
