In order for the DustBuster vacuum to charge, the unit must be turned off. For the unit to be off, the operating switch must be pulled back towards the handle of the unit.
If the unit is still not charging, please take the DustBuster vacuum to a service center for repairs or return the unit by taking it back to the retailer from whom it was purchased.
