To check on the status of an order and/or track an order shipment, you will first need to log-in to www.toolservicenet.com. Please note that in order to view this type of information, you will need to log in with the user profile that you used to process the order. Once logged in, simply click on the "Order Status/Track" menu and then the "Check Status/Tracking" submenu option in the menu bar running across the top part of the site.
In the "Order Status" view, all recently submitted orders should automatically be displayed with the pertinent information for each including status, ship-to name as well as tracking number and PO number if applicable. For detailed shipment tracking on all shipped orders, simply click on any tracking number. For a detailed view of your order regardless of its status, please click on the "View Details" button. This view, in addition to your e-mailed confirmation, will also serve as your receipt once the order has been shipped.
