The following article explains how to locate the date code on BLACK + DECKER hand vacuums.

The location of the six-digit date code can vary from one unit to another. The date code is printed directly on the plastic housing at the bottom of the unit. In other units, you can find it on top or inside by removing the bowl from the hand vacuum.

    There are NO Serial Numbers or Product Dates on my CHV1410L .

    I have attempted to receive Lithium 40 battery replacements for 2 batteries that won’t hold charge going on past 30 days. The Black & Decker mower is inoperable without the Lithium battery, with mower & 2 batteries having been purchased on 4/21/2024 & bein warranted.
