40v Max Lithium Hard Surface Sweeper Vac stops every5 or 10 seconds

Every time I turn this blower on, it runs for about 10 seconds and then it stops. I turn the switch off and on and it starts again but stops more quickly. It’s not clogged and the battery is fully charged. What’s wrong here?

  I have experienced this on two different blowers, a DeWalt 20 volt and a Black + Decker blower that came with a weed trimmer. What is going on? Any suggestions?
