PD1820L Dustbuster Flexi - replace battery

Hi, purchased in 2016, the battery now only lasts about 60 seconds, after gradually declining over the past 2 years.

Surely the battery can be replaced?

  Model number PD1820L does not have a replaceable battery, and there is no spare part that can replace it.
