We no longer require our customers to register their details with us or send in warranty cards. All you need to do is keep your receipt safe, and present it to our repair agent, should you ever need to make a claim.
The product registration link on the website just records product sales, and is for marketing purposes only.

I don't like the fact that I can't register my product online.
I will be returning it TODAY
My battery is not charging, the vacuum was recently purchased. Very disappointed.
