We no longer require our customers to register their details with us or send in warranty cards. All you need to do is keep your receipt safe, and present it to our repair agent, should you ever need to make a claim.
The product registration link on the website just records product sales, and is for marketing purposes only.

I don't like the fact that I can't register my product online.
I will be returning it TODAY
My battery is not charging, the vacuum was recently purchased. Very disappointed.
I am very disappointed in Black & Decker for not registering products for warranty purposes. Your company is turning out to be like several others and I feel unreliable. I will not purchase any more of your products.
well, ok, what do I do with my 2 year warranty, if the store gives me 1 year ?
