If your steam mop is not producing steam, please try the following - Check that the tank is full to the maximum level indicator with cold, fresh, clean water. If the tank is not full on the first use there is a possibility that the unit may not be able to produce enough steam. Check that the tap is on properly and is fully tight. If the cap is not tightly fitted, the unit can not produce the right amount of steam required for the unit to function to its maximum potential.
