Once the app is paired with the robot vacuum, it will need to connect in order to send commands to the vacuum. Take the steps below before contacting BLACK + DECKER: Ensure that your robot vacuum is sufficiently charged. Close the BLACK+DECKER App. On your mobile device, turn the Bluetooth function off, and then turn it back on. Ensure that your mobile device is close to the robot vacuum. Restart the robot vacuum by turning the Power switch on the side of the vacuum OFF and ON. Reopen the BLACK+DECKER App and try the connection again. If that doesn’t work: Restart your mobile device. Reopen the BLACK+DECKER App and try the connection again. ANDROID ONLY : Bluetooth may require that the “Location Services” and App “Permissions for Location Services” settings on your device be turned on.
