-We received this portable air conditioner in late April this year. It became apparent there was an electrical fault. It stopped working altogether. We contacted your office several times and explained the situation. We were assured that the item would be replaced, and that return labels would be sent through the mail so that we could return the defective item. We did not receive these return labels. The Amazon return time has expired. I am very disappointed, as we have purchased B & D items before without any problems. I hope you can solve this issue by enabling us to return the air conditioner for a replacement, or refund.
