BHFEA520J Floor Sense Problem

Floor sense switches to high when it shouldn't on a wood floor. I would like to disable this auto function. How can I do that?

Unfortunately, floor sense can't be disabled since it's an automatic feature integrated along with the sensors. The only way will be removing the sensors from the inside, which we don't recommend to do.
