Speed Control not working on Black and Decker 18v Cordless Drill (GC1800)

I have a Black and Decker 18v Cordless Drill (GC1800). When I rotate the speed control ring, the speed is not changing. Is there an easy fix?

EDIT: Never mind, I just realized that it is not Speed control but Torque  control....
