Hello,

How can I get a replacement BMS Board or full battery unit) for my CHV1410L ?

I checked:

This is the item needed:
Not find the item as a spare part .. where can I find it?

  Hello Yousif Al Qallaf, we're sorry to advise there are no internal parts or batteries available that can be replaced on the CHV1410L.
